The property comprises 3.4 ha (8.4 acres) of land and quarry accessed via a tarmac laneway.
The property includes a dormant limestone quarry set deep into the bedrock.

There are two agricultural sheds, on the lands. One of the buildings measures approximately 200 sq. m. (2,152 sq. ft.) and the other measures approximately 100 sq. m. (1,076 sq. ft.). The quarry is not in use.

Under S.261A the lands were assigned ref. QR032 and it was determined that no further action was necessary.
