DirectionsDirections: From Nenagh: There are 2 Ways: Drive out of Nenagh along the N52, in the direction of Borrisokane. At Borrisokane, take the N52 in the direction of Birr. As you enter Ballingarry village you will meet the Glue Pot pub on the left. From Ballingarry : Take the right turn for Roscrea and continue for 1.6 km until you meet The Pike crossroads (there will be a Church directly opposite you). The property for sale is on your right at these crossroads - a For Sale signboard has been erected outside it.
Otherwise, you could leave Nenagh and drive in the direction of Dublin for 1km until you meet a left hand turn for the Cloughjordan road, the R491. Drive into Cloughjordan and take the R491, the Shinrone Road. Continue until you meet a fork in the road (which is the 2nd left) and turn left there. Continue for until you meet a wide crossroads, known as “The Pike” – the property for sale will be on the left , with the Church on the right & the Old Schoolhouse Gallery to the far right.
From Birr: Take the Galway Road from Birr. In Riverstown, drive over the Bridge and continue straight ahead, following the signpost for Nenagh. Drive for about 1km, to a bridge.
