Spiddal or An Spidéal is a charming village located 11 miles from Galway in the heart of Connemara overlooking Galway Bay. This unique village boasts a great sense of community life with a wide range of amenities at hand and it is easy to see why it is one of the most sought after locations in Galway. Being of great scenic beauty it is easy to see why so many people choose live in Spiddal to be close to the countryside and within an easy commute to Galway.
THE SITE: Both sites have frontage to a council road with water and electricity in the main road abutting the site. There is a gated entrance and the boundaries are of traditional stone walls.
SITE A: An attractive parcel of land located on the left hand side of the road and extending to 0.66 acres with a gated entrance, and traditional stone wall boundaries. The land is currently used as grazing land.
SITE B: An attractive parcel of land located on the right hand side of the road and extending to 0.59 acres with a gated entrance, and traditional stone wall boundaries. The land is currently used as grazing land
From the centre of Spiddal, proceed west towards Inverin on the R336 and take the second turning right, signposted `Cnocán Glas`. Proceed up the hill, bearing right at the fork and the site a A wil be found on the left hand side and Site B will be found on the right hand side, marked by our `For Sale` board.
