Some houses are full of nice surprises! and 74 O'Hanlon Park certainly is just that.
This semi-detached house already had our attention before we got there - being in one of Dundalk's most traditional and popular neighbourhoods. Then the fact that Icehouse Hill Park is on the property's doorstep made it all the more attractive. But we didn't expect to find such a charming and character-filled home.
Here is what we found... the front garden - which is smartly landscaped and gravelled to give maximum privacy but enjoying both light and the view of the park. It has off street parking BTW!
Inside, what would be described as a 'typical' O'Hanlon Park house - that is to say Lounge, 3 bedrooms (2 are doubles), bathroom... but all with a bit more character.
