The balcony, off the main living room, is generous enough to be used as a functioning outdoor space. Decor is bright and modern and rooms are spacious. EXPLORE OUTSIDE There’s a car space included in the sale, but we’re struggling to figure out why someone living here would need to run a car. The city is literally on your doorstep - cafe’s, restaurants, shops, hotels, theatres and much more. The Aviva and Croke Park are a mere 30 minute walk away, and you’ll be on the Dart in only 20 minutes if a trip to Howth or Bray takes your fancy. With some major companies headquartered nearby the area is vibrant by day, unlike some suburban apartment developments that can hollow out during the day. THE BOTTOM LINE The only downside we can see to this fantastic apartment is the pure envy you’ll attract from friends as you stroll home after a night out while they engage in virtual hand-to-hand combat to snag a taxi.
