***7 days a week during the Summer months and August*** ***5 days a week, Sunday to Friday ONLY, from September to May*** We are a busy, easy going family with two young children and two small dogs. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, good shelving space, mini fridge, kettle, coffee maker and study desk. Wi-Fi, electricity and heating are included in the price. The room was originally the garage, now converted with external insulation etc, so there is good privacy, and the room has its own entrance. A south facing aspect too. The bathroom is shared with the family. Laundry not included. There is a Laundrette 2 minute walk away if required. Bed linen will be changed for our guest on a regular basis. The kitchen can be accessed to make meals. ***One week's rent is due as a deposit 7 days prior to arrival. This will be returned at the end of the stay***
