We would love to welcome you to our home in Newcastle Village . Guests leave as friends , you are welcome to feel at home and will help you find your way around and how to get from a to b in your travel in the area . lovely large single room with built in wardrobe . Facilities are Desk and Lamp, TV, Mirror, Hair-dryer, Radio, and Closet . House is modern and very clean and cosy /warm . You are near the sea and it's a country village and only 40 mins to the capital city and 10 minutes by bus to the local towns of greystones and Bray 20 mins . In greystones there is also train / dart that goes to the capital and beyond Dublin . It connects to the main train lines also . Gerard is 51 and enjoys cooking, watching movies, reading, socialising, travel, learning from new people and countries , television, gardening, nature, and board games. He speaks English . I also work so I come and go from home . All Covid guidelines must be followed strictly . Must be vaccinated and have proof . When out on your day must follow guidelines . When in house must clean bathroom and kitchen after use strict condition . Also keep bedroom tidy and clean as the rest of the house . All waste is recycle .
