Home in a very quiet, safe, leafy suburban residential area 5km South of the City. Super shop, Shopping Centre, buses to City and beyond a short stroll. Accommodation is best suited to holiday makers, friends and families welcome, workers/internship/language students/students. Accommodation is unsuitable for those looking to work/study from the home. Close to Naas Road. (M50/Red Cow), Tallaght, Terenure, Rathfarnham with frequent buses to the City just a few minutes walk. Free parking! Wifi 24/7 Library, pubs, ATM's, beauticians, hairdressers locally. Dublin airport from 20 min drive via the M50. There is an excellent choice of bus links close by which travel to the city and beyond. The F3, S4, 27, 77A, 83/83a/123, 18 & 82 bus routes are all between 4 - 10 minutes walk away with typical bus journey time to the city centre just 30 minutes or less. Luas (tram) red line is 25 minutes walk away while the M50 motorway is easily accessible, approx 5 minute drive. (Red Cow Hotel exit). Great for those who would like to make day trips to other parts of Dublin and the country, North, South, East, West). 1 resident cat, mainly outdoors! Check in time from 3pm and preferably before 8pm. Earlier check in is usually not possible due to cleaning schedule. Check out up to 10.30am on departure day —Strict! No hob/oven cooking, however, you are very welcome to use the microwave, kettle, toaster. Smoking is fine but never in the house, the back garden only. Thank you! My address must not be used for residency, opening a Bank Account etc or for receiving post/packages. No unpaid guests on the premises at any time. I can provide washing/drying clothes - (extra cost). Profile pics please for booking!
