We are a family of three, our son is 13 years old. We have two labrador dogs, they are super friendly and gentle, brought up trained and well behaved, they are part of our family. Our house was built a couple years ago, it is situated in the quite countryside 10 minutes drive away from Ballina and Crossmolina. Our house is an L shape, has underfloor heating throughout the house and also airfilter system to ensure clean fresh air. The quite part is where the bedrooms and bathrooms are and the active part is where we have kitchen/diner, living room. This allows us to have activity going on in one part of the house and the other part can still just be a quite relaxing part with no noise. We offer a double bedroom with separate bathroom. We have a large garden, plenty of room to play outside football or any sport. We also have a large garage with a well equipped gym.
