This is an apartment share in much sought-after Spencer Dock. It is a double room which comes with its own private bathroom (which I never use) and the use of the entire apartment, apart from my own bedroom and bathroom. This is essentially like having an entire apartment in Dublin CIty Centre for €1100 per month. It is 3 minutes walk from the red line Luas stop and 2 minutes walk from a Tesco which is within the same building. There are parks, restaurants, cinemas, Dublin Bikes, and all other necessary amenities nearby. The development is in the heart of the Docklands near to Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Salesforce etc. Smoking is allowed on the main balcony ONLY (there are two balconies attached to the apartment). There is space in the room to move in a desk should you require to work from home. Bills usually amount to €160 per month each. I am the owner-occupier. I have been renting the room since 2008 and have made many great friends in doing so. One of them remains one of my best friends and we meet for a movie night at least once a fortnight. Apart from that I do not hold noisy parties and would not expect my tenant to do so either. Also, I have two cats so if you're allergic, no point in applying!
