Talbot Street
Talbot Street is a street on the northside of Dublin's inner city and is one of the principal shopping streets in Dublin. It runs from the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) at Amiens Street in the east to Marlborough Street in the west. With Connolly Station at the end of it on Amiens Street and Busáras and the many bus routes from O'Connell Street nearby, it is easy to get to. Amongst the prominent buildings on the street include Talbot House, the offices for the Department of Education, and the head office of Independent News & Media. The Irish Life Shopping Mall provides further shops and a link with Lower Abbey Street. There are also a number of hotels, pubs and hostels on the street.
