Leeson Street

Leeson Street is a thoroughfare in the southside of Dublin's inner city. The street is divided into two parts by the Grand Canal: Lower Leeson Street in Dublin 2 to the north of the canal, linking to St Stephen's Green and Upper Leeson Street in Dublin 4, to the south of the canal. Many of the buildings on Leeson Street are Georgian and it is best known for its number of offices and nightspots including House, The Sugar Club and Legg's. There are numerous bus stops on Leeson Street while also located there are the main offices of the Ombudsman and the Catholic University School, a prestigious private boys' school.
