Kilmacrennan is a small village in Co Donegal. It is located on the N56, around 10km outside Letterkenny, which can be accessed via the 964 and 965 buses. Two rivers flow through the village, the Lennon and the Lurgy. There are three pubs in the village – The Anglers Haven, The Millbridge and Norá's – as well as a post office, supermarket, butchers and hairdressers. There is also the Hilltop Cafe and take away located in the centre of the village while The Millbridge also serves food. There are three churches: a Catholic church and the Church of St Finian and St Mark Church of Ireland in the village itself, as well as a PresbyterianChurch in the townland of Leiter about 5km away. There is also a national school in the village, as well as a soccer club.
