Glin is a village in Co Limerick. It is located in the north west of the county on the south shore of the River Shannon's estuary on the N69 road between Foynes and Tarbert. Local places of interest include Glin Castle, Shannon Lawn House and a monument commemorating abuse survivors. Local amenities include shops, pubs, B&Bs, filling stations and two national schools. There is also a GAA club in the village.
