Butlersbridge is a village in Co Cavan, just 5km north of Cavan town just off the N3 national primary road. Once well known as a point of the N3, it was bypassed in 1999. It is approximately 9km via the N54 to the border with Northern Ireland. A church dedicated to St Aidan is located in the town. Bus Éireann Expressway Route 30 (Donegal-Enniskillen-Cavan-Dublin Airport-Dublin), jointly operated with McGeehan Coaches, serves Butlersbridge. Leydons Coaches route 930 (Enniskillen-Swanlinbar-Ballyconnell-Belturbet-Cavan) also serves the town. The stops are located on the N3 Bypass.
