Bunbeg

Bunbeg is a small Gaeltacht village and townland in Co Donegal. It is officially the smallest townland in Gaoth Dobhair (Gweedore), but today the name Bunbeg is used to describe a large region of the parish. It is situated between Derrybeg and Dore and is home to many of Gweedore's amenities and businesses. There is a ferry service from Bunbeg to nearby Tory Island. There is a wide selection of B&Bs and self catering accommodation in the area with the airport just 15km away. There is also a selection of shops, a motor garage, pubs and a shop/post office. The closest school is in nearby Derrybeg.
