Fuel and power inc. in rent but use of EV Charging points charged separately at cost (approx 35p/kWh). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 0.1 miles. Please note: Owner is happy with 11am check out every day except changeover days when it is 9am, guests are welcome to park at property prior to check in but no access to property until 4pm. Changeover is normally on a Friday but occasionally a Sunday or a Monday if there is a mid-week booking. Confirmation will be provided by the owner a few weeks prior to arrival.
