Still, it’s a fantastic location with easy access to East Portlemouth's beaches, as well as hiking trails through the surrounding countryside – not to mention private parking for adventures further afield. Home truths: *There is free private parking for one car here – please also note there are four steps leading down to the entrance from the parking area. *A weekly linen change is included in your stay. *The second bedroom can be arranged as two singles or a super king upon request. *If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace. *Please note that the communal garden has steep steps leading down to the water’s edge – children will need to be supervised here at all times. *It’s possible you may hear some noise from the neighbours during your stay.
