Set in the heart of Umbria, it has panoramic views over the Tiber Valley and the Alviano Oasis. The 25 acres of private land are home to deer, goats, and donkeys, while a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and private spa with a Turkish bath and chromotherapy shower offer plenty of relaxation. Inside, exposed beams and wooden sculptures add rustic charm. All bedrooms have garden access and ensuites – just bear in mind that some include mezzanine beds and one has a sofa bed. You'll need a car to reach the nearby restaurants, bars and shops, but the scenery and tranquillity here make it well worth it. Home truths: *Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking here. *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. *The first and third bedrooms have a bed on the ground level as well as on a mezzanine. *At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the sixth bedroom, which also has a single bed. This room connects to the other bedrooms via a passageway, but for more privacy, the other bedrooms can also be accessed through the garden door. *Self-check-in is not available here.
