The surrounding area is filled with natural beauty, being situated close to the White Cliffs of Dover, with the beaches and cliffs around Kingsdown part of the Site of Scientific Interest that stretches down to Folkestone. For days out, the city of Canterbury is well worth a visit, with many attractions such as the cathedral, Roman remains and excellent shopping centre. Its history and heritage provide the region with a rich array of sightseeing possibilities, while the stunning choice of Blue Flag beaches offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastline.
