Buncrana itself is the largest town in the Inishowen Peninsula. It has a full range of tourist amenities, as well as fine restaurants and lively bars. At nearby Lisfannon is the fine 18 hole North West Links golf course and the Lisfannon Blue Flag Beach. At Fahan there is a large marina and a Sailing School
