The village of Cootehall is situated in County Roscommon halfway between the towns of Boyle and Carrick-on-Shannon on the banks of the Boyle River and the shores of Oakport Lough. Cootehall is home to a local shop and pub and also a picturesque marina. Home to excellent angling opportunities, Cootehall is also a wonderful location for water activities including cruising, kayaking and wind surfing.
