Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a garden with a gravelled area, decking, hot tub and furniture. Netherfield Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring the Peak District at any time of the year. Area Pilsley is a former colliery town that was once linked by rail to four other collieries. Today the former track forms the 5 Pits Trail which takes you from Grassmoor Country Park to Tibshelf Ponds. The village of Ashover is nearby and has several good pubs, including the Crispin Inn, renowned as one of the oldest pubs in the Peak District. A little further on is Matlock which has a host of fine eateries and shops, as well as Gulliver's Kingdom theme park. Amenities Gas central heating with electric fire.
