You’ll need a car, but restaurants are close by, Lake Trasimeno is about twenty minutes away, and it's less than half an hour to Perugia. There’s free driveway parking. *The villa is reached by an unpaved country road. It can be steep in places, so it’s not suitable for sports cars or low-to-the-ground cars. *A shuttle service to and from the owner's restaurant is available daily for up to eight people. *A daily concierge service is included from 9am to 7pm. A housekeeping service is included from 10am to 1pm, excluding Sundays and holidays. *The swimming pool can be fenced – please request this in advance. *A ping pong table is available upon request. *For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here. *While not all bedrooms and bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
