DescriptionThe Admiral Premium Residences project has been conceived as a luxurious self-contained residential resort, comprising apartments, penthouses (and 6 villas) and occupying a prime location in one of Turkey’s premier coastal resorts.
The design concept started taking shape only once it became known that this land was available for development. We believed if we were able to secure the land, then we could construct what we envisaged to be a truly exceptional and unique development.
The total plot size is 16,000 m2, of which only 25% of this (4000 m2) has been used for the footprint of the residences. The remainder has been given over to social and green areas. This means that 75% of the plot comprises external social facilities, landscaped gardens, walking pathways and relaxation areas. An additional plot of 10,000 m2 has been leased from the municipality – this will be extensively landscaped and will feature sports courts, BBQ areas, exercise and relaxation areas, walking paths and a helipad.
In order to make the external spaces as attractive and relaxing as is possible, we have planted somewhere in the region of 150 species of plants, trees and shrubs native to the Alanya region.
We have constructed two new roads that will make the development easily accessible. These roads will be for the exclusive use of Admiral Premium residents. These roads will be at the North and South perimeters of the development.
Our intention was to make Admiral Premium the most prestigious and desirable development in the whole of the Antalya region. If you consider the unique location, the stunning views, the quality of finish both internally and externally and the wide range of on-site facilities and amenities, we are confident that the development has been delivered without any equal.
AccommodationThe land plot upon which Admiral Premium is located is one of the highest points (almost 100 metres above sea level at its highest point) in all of Konaklı and the highest south facing plot upon which residential development has been allowed. There are no other comparable plots in the surrounding areas that will be made available for future development.
This means that all units have far-reaching panoramic views to the east and west and of the Mediterranean sea directly ahead. All units will benefit from day long sunshine and stunning views of the sun setting in the evening.
In addition, the land directly adjacent to the plot is designated only for recreational use. This must remain undisturbed and can not be open for development.
Furthermore, this is the first development in Konaklı to have its own private beach and beach club, situated just 600 metres from the southern perimeter of the development. There are a few beach areas leased by hotels but, in the main, the beaches are municipality property and are for public use.
FeaturesAdmiral Premium is located in Konakli, just 12 km from the city centre. With a number of first class hotels and some of the best beaches in all of Turkey, it has enormous potential as a second home destination, a potential that is only now beginning to be realised.
The local infrastructure is good with an efficient water and electricity supply, good public transport links and a wide choice of educational and social facilities. In addition, the local town centre has a large shopping area with numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants, healthcare facilities and banks.
Property development here is strictly controlled by the local municipality and quality building plots are extremely scarce; as a result, in order to maximise the potential of these plots, all future residential development is likely to be high end and will perhaps appeal only to the most discerning of purchasers.
Konaklı’s potential and desirability is further enhanced by its geographical location. It is the only region of Alanya where the tourism and limited residential areas are located on the seaside of the main highway. In all other popular areas such as Mahmutlar, Oba and Avsallar, all tourism and residential projects are located on the northern side of this highway.
This means that Konaklı is the only area of Alanya where tourists and home-owners have direct access to the beach without having to cross a busy road.
Furthermore, with the opening of the new airport at Gazipasa – just 55 km east of Konaklı - and the new marina just 4 km away, demand for high quality residential property will significantly increase, meaning that Konaklı’s star will only continue to burn brighter!!!
