Doolin is a charming village set against the rugged Atlantic Ocean coastline and surrounded by the spectacular Burren limestone landscape. Long hailed as the traditional music capital of Ireland Doolins traditional pubs, relaxed atmosphere and beautiful setting make it the ideal location to relax and unwind, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
These holiday homes are located in the heart of Doolin, County Clare, and close to all pubs and restaurants. There are two types of house available, a dormer style and also a two storey house. Each two storey house boasts bright, airy accommodation comprising of living room, separate kitchen/dining room, utility room and three bedrooms; two double rooms (one ensuite) and one twin room; and main bathroom.
Each dormer house comprises of an open plan kitchen/living/dining room, utility room and three bedrooms; one double room downstairs along with a main bathroom and one double room and one twin room upstairs and another bathroom. There are an abundance of activities to be enjoyed in the area.
The famous cliffs of Moher are a mere 10 minutes drive while a trip to the Aran Islands from Doolin Pier is a must. There is a beautiful blue flag beach at Fanore (15 minutes drive) and the rugged Burren landscape is a geological wonder waiting to be explored.
There is a good choice of food in the local cafÃ©s, pubs and restaurants and of course, the world famous pub "O'Connors" renowned for its traditional music, good food and craic! With an abundance of activities in the area for the whole family. this is an excellent base for touring Clare, situated beside the beautiful Burren, Galway and the West of Ireland. There is also a daily ferry service from the village to the beautiful and rugged Aran Islands, just a hop away.
