The interior is on the simpler side and won't be winning any design awards, but as a base for both beach escapades and excursions into Nice's nearby city centre, it can't easily be beaten. Home truths: *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance. *Given the home's spot next to a road and promenade, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. Light sleepers might want to pack earplugs. *The basic decor here might not be to everyone's taste.
