Bluebell Cottage is a spacious detached cottage in the town of Kilrush. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms which are a double and a twin on the ground floor and a double on the first floor. There are also two shower rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first. Completing the accommodation is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a multi-fuel stove. Outside is a gravelled area with a patio and furniture, an external utility and off road parking for three cars. This cottage provides a comfortable base to return to at the end of your busy days exploring the Wild Atlantic Way.
The coastal town of Kilrush is located near the mouth of the River Shannon in the south-west of County Clare. An historic town, one of the listed Heritage Towns of Ireland, Kilrush was once an important Shannon port and is today home to a modern Marina and Heritage Centre. Take a boat trip from the marina and explore the lovely waters of the Shannon Estuary, with its many picturesque riverside towns and villages and resident population of bottle-nosed dolphins!
