The ground floor also includes two bedrooms; a king-size double which benefits from a en-suite bathroom, a further double room, as well as a modern shower room. A spiral staircase leads to a twin mezzanine bedroom which has the added benefit of an en-suite basin and WC. Two additional guests can be accommodated in the Shepherd's Hut in the garden which has a double bed, shower room with shower, basin and WC and tea/coffee making facilities. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a large terrace with a private wood-fired hot tub. 3 Pheasant Lane is a great property in a fantastic location to be enjoyed at any time of the year.
