According to an entry in Houses of Wexford, Ozier Hill was originally a farmhouse dating from prior to 1741. It was remodelled in the mid-19th century as a Church of Ireland rectory and retains period features from that time, including an original carved oak fireplace. The present owners carried out renovations in 2004, preserving and enhancing the character of the building. \r\n\r\nAccommodation\r\nThe entrance/stairs hall with oak flooring extends the full depth of the house and off which all the main rooms radiate. To the right are the bright and spacious interconnecting drawing and dining rooms which overlook the gardens.
