And if you feel the need to wander outside the immediate area the attractions of Dundrum Town Centre are just a short drive away, or it’s a straight run into town by bus or car.\r\n\r\nNeedless to say, with an area as mature as this one is, schools, transport and sports facilities are all excellent.\r\n\r\nTHE BOTTOM LINE\r\n\r\nThis is one of those Goldilocks houses – just perfect in every way, and we’re expecting a lot of active interest."
