It is worth mentioning that parking permits are available for purchase through the local authority. The private rear garden can be accessed from the kitchen or via a rear pedestrian gate. Due west, the low maintenance garden contains timber decking and wall panelling while artificial leaf trellising and vibrant plants provide a sense of colour and flair.\n\nCentrally positioned in Bray, the location of Carlisle Terrace could hardly be more convenient. Within 250m of the Harbour and its famous bar, leisurely walks can be enjoyed along the renowned Victorian Promenade with its selection of restaurants, gastro bars, and ice cream parlours. 350m in the opposite direction is the bottom of Bray Main Street offering a range of shops, eateries, and the Florentine Centre.
