The design inside is a little dated, but both the lounge and bedrooms are cosy nonetheless. There's even a desk if you plan to catch up on work during your stay – just note that the second bedroom is a tad snug. It's a pet-friendly pad, and the nearby Chiltern Hills make an excellent spot for dog walks – you can finish off your stroll with a pint at one of the many local pubs.\r\n\r\nHome truths:\r\n*Your host can provide a travel cot if you're travelling with little ones.\r\n*There's a desk in the living area if you plan to work from home during your stay.\r\n*The second bedroom is small. The bed is pushed against the wall, making it only accessible from one side.\r\n*Plenty of free parking is available on the premises.\r\n*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste.
