Although there's space for ten guests here (with two on a sofa bed), we recommend it for a smaller group – the bedrooms vary in size, and the living area isn't the biggest. Location-wise, you're right in the heart of London. Marylebone and Mayfair are within easy reach, Hyde Park is a short stroll away, and the shop-flanked Oxford Street is also nearby. Factor in the great transport links, and you can see why it caught our eye.\r\n\r\nHome truths:\r\n*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area -  the price for this will be included in your booking when you input your guest count as 9 or 10. That said, we think it'll be a squeeze, so we'd suggest a maximum guest count of eight. \r\n*Please note that there's only room for six people around the dining table.\r\n*A couple of the bedrooms are pretty snug.
