Located in leafy Richmond, you’re just a fourteen-minute walk from the Royal Botanic Gardens – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. And when you want to head into the city centre, there’s a Tube station a three-minute stroll away. The sleeping arrangements here won’t suit everyone – both of the bedrooms have two double beds – and there’s only one bathroom (although there is a separate toilet). At full capacity, we think it’ll be a bit of a squeeze, but for smaller groups who want a tranquil location, it ticks a lot of boxes.\r\n\r\nHome truths:\r\n*At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.\r\n*Though there's enough bed space for nine people here, we think it might feel a little cramped. Both bedrooms have two double beds with only a small gap between them.\r\n*Storage space is limited here – particularly in the second bedroom – so we'd recommend travelling light.\r\n*The dining table seats six so isn’t big enough to accommodate everyone when the home is at full occupancy.\r\n*The roof terrace doesn't have railings.
