It fills up with daylight\nthanks to windows front and back and allows plenty of room for all to kick back\nand socialise.There's a sparkling new fitted corner kitchen with built in\nsingle electric oven and hob,  a family sized fridge freezer, plenty of\nstorage space and all the standard issue quality items you'd expect from a YNA\nStay home.The wooden kitchen table comfortably seats 5-6 people and has been\nthoughtfully placed to overlook the back garden as well as face into the main room. \n\nIn the living area you'll find a comfy corner\nsofa, large armchair and coffee table as well as a wall mounted widescreen\ntelevision. \n\n \n\nBedrooms\n\nThere are two upstairs bedrooms with\nregular sized double beds and a single downstairs, all with deep cushioned\nmattresses. Double bedroom 1 commands a scenic view from East to West taking in\nthe mountains, sea and townscape. Facing the estate's large public green\nopposite gives it a nice sense of spaciousness. A totem wall mounted clothes\nrail with adequate hanging space, a single sofa bed and two bedside tables with\nlamps.\n\nDouble bedroom 2 is similar and also\nfaces towards the front of the house. It also has a chic hanging rail and two\nbedside tables with lamps. Bedroom 3 is a single on the ground floor which is\nwheelchair accessible. A hanging rail and side locker.  \n\n \n\nBathrooms\n\nA skylight illuminates the roomy\ndownstairs bathroom, which is equipped with a walk - in shower. For those who\nprefer a soak, upstairs has a bath with overhead shower. \n\n \n\nThe Outdoor Area\n\nOne of the best things about this house\nis the South facing green space and patio to the rear, typical of an urban\nresidential setting but precious on a busy summer's day in Dingle. Should you\nwish to take a break from the town's gastronomic delights, here is where you\ncan take full advantage of the outdoor furniture supplied and settle in for\nsome outdoor dining.The Belfast sink with hose will come in handy for washing out\nwet gear and there is also a small garden to the front.\n\n \n\nFacilities\n\nThe utility area has a washing machine\nand drier.
