Then there’s the crowning jewel of this villa – the courtyard adorned with azulejo tiles and spilling with greenery. It’s our favourite spot to unwind for a few hours with a good book.\r\n\r\nInside, it’s a mix of Scandi-minimalism and boho charm. Pristine white walls keep things cool and breezy in the open living area and there’s something utterly delightful about the faux-fur-topped stools at the raw wood breakfast bar in the kitchen. Bedrooms reflect the same attention to design detail, but the master really takes the biscuit with a double-height ceiling, and suspended egg chair by glass sliding doors.
