About Michael H. Daniels & Co.
Michael H. Daniels & Co. was established in 1996 to provide a niche service to clients, whether as vendors or purchasers, of distinctive country and coastal properties. Acquiring or disposing of real estate, especially if one is based abroad, can be expensive, complicated and time consuming. The buying and selling process does not always operate in the same way as in other countries and a significant number of prime properties are offered for sale on an ‘off-market’ basis, without ever being exposed to the open market. The aims of the Company are straightforward:- • To provide the client with sound advice, through a specialist knowledge of the international, national, and local marketplace. • To unequivocally and always to represent the client’s best interests. • To obtain the best possible outcome on behalf of the client. The business is deliberately structured to this end, to provide an efficient, personal, and high-quality service. All business is dealt with in the strictest of confidence and in a timely fashion. Michael Daniels is the sole owner of the business and a state-licensed Property Service Provider (Licence No 001156). He has been in agency practise since qualifying in 1982 - initially in Dublin, subsequently in UK Midlands and then in London with Knight Frank, covering Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. He returned to Co. Cork in 1996 to set up his own practise. The business celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2021. He is a Fellow of The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), of over 35 years’ standing, and of a Fellow of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), internationally recognised as the premier organisation for property professionals. The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland is the leading professional body for construction, land, and property professionals in Ireland. With over 4,000 members, the Society is committed to enhancing, advancing, and enforcing professional standards in the construction, land and property sectors in Ireland. http://www.scsi.ie/about_us/corpbrochure
