Roscat is a dormant sand and gravel quarry with block yard and agricultural lands on c.16.8 ha (41.5 acres). The quarry occupies c.6.8 ha (c.16.8 acres). The agricultural lands which adjoin the quarry comprise of c.9.9 ha (c.24.7 acres) of tillage lands. There are no buildings. The adjoining lands are in one block are of excellent quality bound by natural hedging.The quarry and lands are accessed via a tarmac avenue from the main road. The site is not active.
