On the 25th April 2016 an application for an extension of duration of permission for plan number 4178/10/x1 was granted until 18th May 2021, within
which time the works must be completed.
Under the Dublin City Development Plan 2016 â€“ 2022, the site is zoned Objective Z1: Sustainable Residential Neighbourhoods, that is â€˜to protect, provide and improve residential amenities'.
