Description

Clonlara is located in East Clare approximately 7 km north east of Limerick City. It lies between the River Shannon to the east and the Clare hills to the west and north. The village occupies a scenic location within easy commuting distance of Limerick City. The agricultural land is located approx. 3 km south east of the village in an area known as Doonass.The agricultural land is rectangular in configuration and extends to approx. 12.95 hectares (32 acres). There are two access points to the land, one on the west and one on the east. The land benefits from approx. 280 metres road frontage on the western boundary.
