Limerick City is the third largest City in Ireland with a population in the City Centre and Suburbs of approximately 100,000 (2016 Census). The subject land is located on the main outbound R445 Limerick to Ennis Road, circa 4km north of Limerick City Centre and Limerick tunnel which links the City's road network to the National routes around Limerick City including M7, M20, M18, N24 and N21.
