M & R Building Solutions was established in recognition of the need for an experienced company to manage residential renovations in a clean and organised fashion. We are well aware of the sensitivity in carrying out building works in an residential environment especially apartment blocks. We are careful to ensure, on our clients behalf, that neighbours and management companies are fully informed on a daily basis regarding the nature of the works being carried out.
Our aim is to provide clients with a hassle free turnkey method of renovating or updating their dwelling. We offer a "one stop shop" providing the expert trades and managing them saving our clients time and money.
We have over 15 years experience in the Irish residential construction industry and during this time we have build up a key team of expert tradesmen who are reliable, efficient and trustworthy.
We are also registered Building Energy Assessors (BER). We can therefore advise our clients on the current BER of their dwelling as well as the future potential rating before any specific renovation works are carried out. This has the advantage in that monies can be targeted on areas that can improve the BER outcome.
