T.E.Potterton Real Estate Alliance is one of the longest established and most respected firms in the Midlands, having been founded in 1886. The firm is renowned throughout counties Meath and Westmeath as the specialists in the sale of Farms, Country Houses, Letting & Leasing of Land. The Trim Sales team is headed up by Mr.Thomas Potterton FIAVI, whilst Eamonn Farrell takes charge of the New Homes Division & Ms. Lorraine Hendy MIPAV who joined the company in 2007 and looks after Residential, New Homes & Lettings.


T. E. Potterton Real Estate Alliance are one of the founding members of Real Estate Alliance one of Irelands premier property groups with a branch network throughout Ireland. T. E. Potterton Real Estate Alliance are also members of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute.
The company is also synonymous with the sale of livestock, having established one of the first privately owned livestock markets in Trim in 1957. Delvin Cattle Market was established a couple of years later and a cattle sale takes place each Thursday at 12 noon, while pedigree sheep sales are held during the months of August and September. Dispersal sales of machinery, livestock, and clearance sales of household furniture and chattles can also be arranged.
