br> Gerry Owens is a fully licensed and bonded auctioneer, and member of the IAVI. Gerry is also a member of the Marketing Institute and is also a Qualified Financial Adviser. Gerry has been advising people on house finance for over 31 years.

In 1993 Gerry took up a new position with EBS Building Society as a Tied Branch Agent. This move allowed him to expand his horizons, and shortly after, he joined the IAVI as a student. Following the IAVI’s education programme and dedicated studies Gerry qualified as a full member of the IAVI in June 1998, this year he celebrates 10 years in auctioneering.

Gerry Owens as a Tied Branch Agent of EBS will move his business to Douglas in February 2008 and in so doing will also trade as an auctioneer from the same premises. The new office will be located at 1 East Village, Douglas, Co Cork.

Gerry Owens Auctioneer specialises in Residential property sales, and intends to develop business over the coming years.

Carmel Owens QFA Jackie O’Keeffe QFA, are his right and left hand and have proved so important in keeping both buyers and sellers informed of progress on sales. Communicating progress to both sides is so important if you want to retain the respect of both seller and buyer.

Shane O’Sullivan recently joined Gerry’s team, he is a student member of IPAV, and is actively developing his selling skills

Robert Owens and Sarah Mullins are also members of his team and will provide back up to Carmel and Jackie.
