About Crowley Property
Crowley Property is a new firm of Auctioneers and Chartered Valuation Surveyors. It offers a wealth of experience in all facets of the property market in Cork and the south of Ireland. It provides a specialised and professional service in the property arena.
The firm is spearheaded by James Crowley MSCS, MRICS, ACI Arb, FIAVI, who is a fully qualified Chartered Valuation Surveyor and Auctioneer and is a native of Bantry. James is also a Fellow of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. James holds a degree in Valuation Surveying and a diploma in Property Economics from Trinity College Dublin and Bolton Street respectively.
James Crowley has worked for 17 years with one of Corks leading property estate agents where he worked in the Commercial and Valuation department dealing in property valuations, commercial property valuations and specialist valuations, rent reviews, landlord and tenant relations as well as sales and agency. James has now opened his own general practice with its regional base in Passage West, Cork and serving Cork City and County along with the greater Munster area.
