OVERVIEW:
The property would be suitable for use as a B&B/hostel type business as there is currently no B&B or hostel in Durrus village. There is a demand for accommodation from walkers and cyclists walking and cycling the Sheep`s Head Way as well as from other visitors to the area. The property sucessfully operated as a B&B until 5 years ago when family commitments forced the current owners to cease trading (babies!). There are 3 restaurants within walking distance so the B&B would not have to provide lunch or evening meals (if it didn`t want to).
