Description
Exclusive new residential area in the heart of the village of Rylane. This area consists of 11 serviced sites with Full Planning permission for Two Types of detached Dwelling House.
These exciting sites are located only C. 10 minutes from Coachford village, 15 minutes from Macroom & only C. 30 minutes from Cork City and within easy access of schools, shops and all local and essential amenities.
The Area:
Rylane Cross (Reighleán an Rince in Irish language) is a village in County Cork. The town is roughly midway between Millstreet and Cork city, north of Macroom. The land is rich and fertile and is used mainly for agriculture.
Despite the prevalence of agriculture in the region, the people of the area have preserved many archaeological monuments out of superstition and respect. As a result many good examples of stone circles, standing stones, wedge tombs ringforts, ogham stones and fulacht fids can be found in the locality.
Directions:
From the Carrigrohane straight, take the road signposted for Killarney, passing the Anglers Rest Bar, take road signposted for Cloghroe, passing Cloghroe village and Blairs Inn. From Blairs Inn continue on R618 for 7 miles and take the left for Rylane, continue on for approx 3 miles and turn left at Crowley's Post Office. Continue down this road and the site is located on the left hand side. See the Liam Mullins & Associates sign.
