From Dublin: Take the N3 to Navan town. Approaching Navan turn right at the 5th set of traffic lights and go over the bridge. Now travelling up Flowerhill, at the roundabout (Landmark - Round O Pub) take the 3rd exit now heading out the Slane road (N51). Continue out this road for 1•4 miles from the first 100KPH signs and turn left signposted the Graigs. Continue down this road for 0•8 of a mile and the property is on the left.
