Take the N7 from Roscrea, in the Limerick direction. Continue for 8 km, until you meet a right hand turn for Dunkerrin (you will see the Dunkerrin Arms on the right). Drive up to and behind the Dunkerrin Arms and continue straight past the graveyard on the left, in the direction of Barna. Continue along this road for about 2.5 miles, until you reach Barna village (there is a Church on the right hand side). Take the first right hand turn after the Church and continue for about half a mile – the house for sale is on the left hand side of the road – there is a “For Sale” signboard outside it.

Take the N7 from Nenagh, in the Roscrea direction. Continue for about almost 23 km, driving through Toomevara and Moneygall.
